Birmingham Meetup

Details:
Having had a fun (though very hot) day in York in August, we have decided to arrange another meet up. This will be a meet up for anyone in the UK, at Cadburys world in Birmingham. An afternoon of socialising and eating chocolate, so your welcome to bring kids and any chocoholic friends!

We will be meeting at Cadburys World at 1pm on Saturday 23rd October 2004, outside the main entrance.

Afterwards:
After the meetup we will being going for a meal at 4:30 at the Bull's Head Pub in Kings Norton. This is one stop from Bournville on the train, though lifts should be available for everyone going.

It is urgent that you let me know if you will be coming to this so that I can advise the pub on numbers choices. I will need to advise the pub what you will be having by Thursday 21st October at the latest!

We have had a couple of requests for hotel information in Birmingham. While we can't recommend a single hotel, we'd like to thank Minty for providing us a link to a list of hotels in the Birmingham area..

Bookings:
We currently have booked 20 tickets to Cadburys World, giving us a significant discount over normal entry fees. If you've not given us confirmation, can you please do so, as soon as possible.

Please can you e-mail me if you are definately coming to the meet before the 9th October. I need to book tickets and will let you know the cost of these as it will vary with numbers.

Prices:
Thanks to the group booking, entry to Cadburys World will be around 7 pound, and the pub's items cost around 4 pound.
