Who Are CrossEvents?
CrossEvents is run by Adam Page and Helen Gore in their spare time. For more information, see the About Us page.

What kind of events do you run?
We run events that give Christians the chance to meet in a safe and non-threatening environment. Tours of breweries and chocolate factories, boat trips, drinking and eating in pubs, weekends away for christian singles... we'll try and run them if you ask for it.

Do you run speed dating events?
Well, they are one type of event that we won't run. Speed Dating events require a certain type of people to attend and ideally large numbers. We don't feel comfortable running this type of events as we feel it is a very fake environment in which to meet someone. If you want to attend this type of event, then websites like OneGoodFriday and ChristianConnection run them.

What happens at a CrossEvent meetup?
It all depends on where we're going or what we're doing, but generally, we'll meet up in a central and easily found location, then do some kind of tour, and finish the meeting off with some kind of meal/drink.

What do I need to wear?
What ever you want... Obviously, turning up in your birthday suit isn't a good idea, so we'd suggest smart but casual clothes. It will be easy to tell which one dUm is though, he'll be the scruffy one... ;)

What do I need to bring?
Yourself, a sense of humour, an ability to flirt, and enough money to cover the tour and meal.

Does it cost to register with CrossEvents?
Registering with CrossEvents is free. You simply fill in the form on the Register page, and you'll be added to our database and emailed when we have a newsletter to send out.

How secure is CrossEvents?
Transmitting the registration to CrossEvents is done over a secure internet system, and your registration details are stored securely, on a system that is protected by firewalls and using encrypted data. Your registration details will not be shared with any other organisation, and we will only use them to send out appropriate event details to you.

How can I cancel my registration?
Use the Contact page to let us know that you want to cancel your registration. As soon as we get the request, you will be deleted from our database, and will not be emailed again.

Can I help promote the CrossEvents website?
Definately! We've got posters that you can put up in your church, we've got flyer's you can hand out, and we appreciate any promoting that you can do for us.

Can I host/help organise a CrossEvents meetup?
Sure, we're more than willing to help people run events for Christians. Let us know through the Contact page and we'll get in touch to help you out.

Can I link to your site/can I have my link put on your site?
Sure. If you want to link to us/or link from us, we'll have to check that your site passes our own guidelines. If it does, then we'll be happy to put a link on. All that we ask is that there is a reciprocal link present i.e. if we link to you, you link back to us.
