Manchester Meetup - 19th March 2005

We are planning a cultured day of art, shopping and food at The Lowry in Manchester (www.thelowry.com).

The day will go as follows:

Arrive - 10:45

Building Tour - 11:00
Learn the secrets of the award-winning building with an informative tour offering insights into The Lowry building, its programme of events and the rich history of the Salford Quays area. Performances and rehearsals permitting, the tour includes a look inside the two stunning theatres!

Buffet Meal - 12:00

Gallery Tour - 12:30
Friendly and informed gallery assistants will introduce us to the current exhibition, taking a relaxed and easy to understand approach to the works of LS Lowry.

Shopping at the Lowry Outlet Mall - 13:30

Drinks in one of the many bars in the area

Tickets are 12.50 a head and include the tours, meal and discount vouchers for the outlet mall. These will required to be purchased before the event. Please send cheques or postal orders made payable to 'Miss H Gore' to CrossEvents, 100 Albion Street, Otley, Leeds, LS21 1DA. Please include a note with your name, address, e-mail address and if you are a member, your Fusion 101 username.

As usual this will be an informal event with plenty of chances to get to know Christians from all over the UK! We look forward to meeting you.
